Cruising the Mediterranean

For the next two weeks, my husband and I will be on vacation taking a cruise from Spain to ports in France, Italy, Montenegro, and Croatia. 

 

As we're about to leave tomorrow, I'm wondering what sights will be the most magical. 

 

Will it be the vintage perfume factories in Grasse, watching the distillation of delicate fragrances?

 

Or maybe the medieval villages in Tuscany? 

 

Or the frescoes by Michelangelo in the Sistine Chapel?

 

 

Or the other worldly taste of true Napolitano pizza?

 

Or the eerie feeling of time being frozen at Pompeii, covered in the ash of Mount Vesuvius?

 

 

Or the romance of the canal city of Venice? 

 

 

So many great things ahead to see! I'll let you know which were the most magical and share lots of pictures.
