J.C. Martin’s Birthday Bash Blogfest

I’m having fun at J.C.’s party, helping her celebrate her blogoversary!

As per her directions, I will reflect upon what has happened to me during the past year…in only 100 words. Considering my short stories come in at 7,000 words, this is a real challenge. Here goes:

A lot can happen in a year…

My first book was published—huge accomplishment! I wrote a sequel to that and it was contracted, as well as two stories for anthologies. I wrote the first book of a new fantasy romance series and am eagerly working to self-publish that, with the second book’s draft nearly complete.

Aside from writing, I took up kayaking and went out every week, year round. Although I’d done yoga daily for over a decade, I started attending classes at a local yoga studio, made wonderful friends, and ended up participating in a master class led by internationally acclaimed yogini, Shiva Rhea—exciting!

WC = 100

Marsha A. Moore is a writer of fantasy romance. The magic of art and nature spark life into her writing. She is the author of the novel, TEARS ON A TRANQUIL LAKE, the first in a trilogy. Part two, TORTUGA TREASURE is contracted for release in January, 2012. Look for her first of an epic fantasy romance series, SEEKING A SCRIBE: ENCHANTED BOOKSTORE LEGEND ONE, to be available late autumn.
